File Format: A Simple Redundancy Which Went A Long Way…
Starting from last version we started shipping the plugin in tar as well as zip file format. And immediately we stopped getting calls about file not being accessible.
It appears that certain unarchivers cannot open certain variations of zip file format while all unarchivers can open tar file format.
The lesson we learnt is that it pays to be redundant when shipping software by email. So we also upload all the shipped software to download center where you can download your software by providing your PayPal transaction id (provided in our introductory email).
